Christ the King Regional High School is a coeducational Catholic college-preparatory high school in Middle Village, Queens, founded in 1962 by the Diocese of Brooklyn. The school enrolls roughly 800-900 students and offers Honors and Advanced Placement courses, a business academy, and a nationally recognized athletic program. Christ the King is best known for its girls' basketball team, which has produced numerous Division I and WNBA players and multiple state and national titles. The campus on Metropolitan Avenue includes a full athletic complex with gymnasium and turf field. Admission uses the TACHS exam.
